应发展需要，刚刚建立的鹤壁市于1961年正式成立皮革橡胶厂，同年10月现任董事长贾身聚先生刚刚毕业，受到当时新乡市政府的任命，支援鹤壁橡胶人才技术建设，交换期为三年。当时的贾身聚先生也未想到这一次偶然的经历竟让自己与橡胶结下了不解之缘~
应市场经济发展需要，鹤壁市橡胶厂成为鹤壁市第一家股份制改革单位，全场员工积极购买公司股份，成功实现改制，正式更名为“鹤壁飞鹤股份有限公司”，成为国内为数不多的几家大型工矿、民用胶靴专业生产企业之一。
1998年12月“反光药物工矿靴”荣获国家实用新型专利，同年公司还荣获“省化工厅无泄漏工厂”、“省级文明单位”、“省先进企业”、“国家二级计量单位”、“河南省知名商品企业等先进称号”、“中国工商银行河南省分行授予AAA级信用企业”
经过40多年对橡胶技术的钻研，于2005年正式拓展医疗器械领域的橡胶制品业务，成立豫北最大规模的医疗企业生产基地
